DELIVERY AND RETURN

ORDER SHIPPING

The shipment of your order is handled by the company GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI in all over Greece and by UPS COURIER for orders outside of Greece.

A) Tracking of the order

After the dispatch of the order we send an informative email that includes the order’s information so that the user can have the ability to track its progress up to the time of delivery.

B) Shipping charges

Greece: Shipping charges amount to 4.50€ (VAT included) per order for purchases weighing up to 2 kgs, plus 1.00€ for each extra kilo. For purchases over 50.00€ the shipping will not be charged.

International shipping: Shipping charges amount to 20.00€ per order. For purchases over 150.00€ the shipping costs will not be charged.

C) Delivery time

Deliveries takes place from Monday to Friday during work days and hours. Estimated time of delivery is one (1) to five (5) days for Greece as a shipping destination and five (5) to seven (7) days for international shipping.

Depending on the country, there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility.

RETURNS / RIGHTS OF REPLACEMENT

The Company provides the Client clear and detailed instructions concerning the nature and the function of the products it trades while encouraging the Clients to contact it about any questions in relation to the products.

The customer has the right to return the purchased products with the same Courier Company and to request their replacement a) In all cases where our company was proven to be liable for delivery of products other or essentially different than those ordered. b) In all cases of product defect. c) In change of the preference on behalf of the client.

This right may be exercised within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the product. In any case, please contact us earlier by email at info@colores.gr.

In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

For all the above cases the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging be the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, together with the receipt that accompanied the product.

In case of a defective product return the Client will not be charged with shipping costs if he chooses a) the courier with which the Company is cooperating with, b) the cheapest way of shipping, and c) if it is the first return of that particular product.

In the case of the change of the preference of the client, the client undertakes all shipment costs.
