TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
1. HOME
The present terms of use are applied to and regulate every visit and use of the online store and the website of www.colores.gr. The present terms describe and regulate every transaction of the website’s users and our clients, as well as every transaction from a distance in general with the company GLEICH EMILIOS & SIA EE, which is located in Greece, in the town of Athens, at 84A Konstantinoupoleos Av, with Tax Registration Number (VAT) 801078313.
Every user of the online shop www.colores.gr is presumed to have read, understood and accepted the present terms before proceeding with any website use and transaction with the company. Please read the present terms and if you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
In these Terms & Conditions you will waive or give up certain legal rights and agree to certain limitations of liability and exclusions of damages. These Terms & Conditions require you to use arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not order any Products using the Website.
2. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TERMS OF USE
The present terms of use include the rights and responsibilities of the website users, the process of ordering, paying and receiving the products the users have selected, the Privacy Policy that ensures the Users’ personal information as well as the specific terms that regulate the Company’s relationship with every User.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
The available types of ordering are the following:
– Ordering by the order form of our Website www.colores.gr
– Ordering by e-mail.
You can place your order, by e-mailing the codes, a description of the products you wish to acquire and your contact information at our email : on the contact page
– Ordering by telephone
You can also place an order by calling our telephone number (+30)2103312056 during work days and hours.
ATTENTION: We have to point out that no order, regardless of the way of placement, will be regarded as received before the User actually receives the relevant confirmation email by our store at the email the User indicated, concerning the availability of the selected product/s.
In order the order to be considered complete, the user must provide us with some important personal information, regarding the payment and shipment of the products.
4. PRICE – PAYMENT
The available methods of payment are as following:
– Payment upon delivery.
The products are shipped by a courier shipping company and the client pays the cost, which consists of the price of the product/s and the relevant shipping charges, upon the time of delivery. In case of payment upon delivery the extra charge is two (2) euros.
– Deposit or remittance in a bank account.
The client can deposit or remit the exact amount for the product/s and any shipping charges in the Company’s bank account held in the Alpha Bank with the details mentioned below, obligatorily indicating the name, surname and if possible the number of the particular order.

After the money are deposited, in order to facilitate and service the order faster, please let us know about your deposit by sending us the bank receipt by email at info@colores.gr
After the order cost is being deposited in the above-mentioned bank account and after we receive the deposit receipt, the user’s order will be regarded as complete. The deposit or remittance fees in our bank account will exclusively burden the client.
When the customer chooses to fulfil an order by bank deposit, and has not made the deposit within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled.
– By credit or debit card. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
– PayPal. The user can make his/her purchases online, without adding his/her personal data in the site.
For the delivery of products outside of Greece the available methods of payment are: Bank deposit, credit or debit card and PayPal.
5. ORDER SHIPPING
The shipment of your order is handled by the company GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI in all over Greece and by UPS COURIER for orders outside of Greece.
A) Tracking of the order
After the dispatch of the order we send an informative email that includes the order’s information so that the user can have the ability to track its progress up to the time of delivery.
B) Shipping charges
Greece: Shipping charges amount to 4.50€ (VAT included) per order for purchases weighing up to 2 kgs, plus 1.00€ for each extra kilo. For purchases over 50.00€ the shipping will not be charged.
International shipping: Shipping charges amount to 20.00€ per order. For purchases over 150.00€ the shipping costs will not be charged.
C) Delivery time
Deliveries takes place from Monday to Friday during work days and hours. Estimated time of delivery is one (1) to five (5) days for Greece as a shipping destination and five (5) to seven (7) days for international shipping.
Depending on the country, there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility.
6. RETURNS / RIGHTS OF REPLACEMENT
The Company provides the Client clear and detailed instructions concerning the nature and the function of the products it trades while encouraging the Clients to contact it about any questions in relation to the products.
The customer has the right to return the purchased products with the same Courier Company and to request their replacement a) In all cases where our company was proven to be liable for delivery of products other or essentially different than those ordered. b) In all cases of product defect. c) In change of the preference on behalf of the client.
This right may be exercised within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the product. In any case, please contact us earlier by email at info@colores.gr.
In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
For all the above cases the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging be the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, together with the receipt that accompanied the product.
In case of a defective product return the Client will not be charged with shipping costs if he chooses a) the courier with which the Company is cooperating with, b) the cheapest way of shipping, and c) if it is the first return of that particular product.
In the case of the change of the preference of the client, the client undertakes all shipment costs.
7. SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
Α) Personal Data
The cases where the online store www.colores.gr will need some personal details (name, email address, shipping address, phone, etc.) is generally for processing of your order.
The personal information you provide to the online store www.colores.gr is kept solely and exclusively for reasons relating to our transactions with you, for communication purposes and for improvement of services provided, and may not be used or given to third parties (with the exception of competent authorities as provided for by law). Also, the online store www.colores.gr, has no liability for acts or omissions of third parties, and especially non-authorized third party interventions in products and / or services and / or information available through it.

All the trade names and logos as well as the intellectual property rights relevant to our Company’s Website belong to the Company or each time mentioned beneficiaries.

Α) Retention οf Personal Information
The GLEICH EMILIOS & SIA E.E. company recognizes the importance of the security of your Personal Data and your electronic transactions as well, and takes all the necessary measures, using the most up-to-date and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information transmitted by the user to the www.colores.gr online shop is confidential and the GLEICH EMILIOS & SIA E.E. company has taken all necessary measures to use them only insofar as this is deemed necessary in the context of the services provided. THE GLEICH EMILIOS & SIA E.E. company does not disclose the details of their clients and transactions unless they have written authorization from you or this is required by a court order or decision of another public authority.
The codes used to identify you as a user are two: the username and the Personal Security Password, which each time they are entered give access with absolute security to your personal information. It is possible to change your personal secret code as often as you wish. The user is solely responsible for maintaining secrecy and hiding it from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, we must immediately notify you, otherwise we are not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person.

In case any of the present Terms of Use is ruled to be illegal, unfair or for any reason non applicable, then the rest of the terms will continue to be in force and bind the User as if that term didn’t exist.
Α) Force Majeure
If for reasons of force (such as bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the goods within the specified time, we will notify you via e-mail in order to be informed if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order.
The GLEICH EMILIOS & SIA EE company assumes no responsibility for any situation is out of his own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your convenience.
B) Modification of terms
The www.colores.gr reserves the right to amend or renew the terms and conditions of trade. The company undertakes no obligation to update the present text of any change or addition to the terms.
